MA/Shield build

[miss_silvia]

Looking to see if anyone has any good builds for a MA/shield build?   Looking PVE - wanting to run task forces etc, but I'd like to get as close to def cap as possible.

should be trivial to softcap to all 3. mine on live was softcapped well before pvp ios and incarnates came around. i'm guessing softcap and 20 second or so shield charge should be doable on HC depending on budget.

This is what I'm currently running.  I'm sure there's better builds out there, but should be a good starting point.
