I'm looking at it for my ice/ta, who often has a lot of held targets, and wondering if the chance for psi damage would provide more overall damage than assault core. Of particular interest would be how it functions with rain type effects. I can AoE hold with EMP arrow and then drop ice storm and/or blizzard; would each tick have the chance for psi damage? Frostbiter Posted February 11, 2020 Share Posted February 11, 2020 (edited) I've never seen it proc off of Ice Storm or Blizzard. Those sort of kind of count as pets so I believe the pets aren't inheriting the chance for psi damage. The other issue is that targets must be held in order to gain the bonus damage to it. If the target isn't mezzed somehow then it doesn't effect it. When it works you should see it pop up "Waylay" and list the extra damage portion. Edited February 11, 2020 by Frostbiter Checked ingame.
