It's not technically a suggestion, but rather a thread for theory crafting for a suggestion. So where do I go to post it? Heck I am not even sure if this question belongs in this forum.

While the following is fore powersets, it may be a good idea to give it a once over anyway. Dislike certain sounds? Silence/Modify specific sounds. Looking for modified whole powerset sfx? Check out Michiyo's modder or Solerverse's thread. Got a punny character? You should share it.
