I've thrown together this bit of craziness, but does it look like a viable and effective build? I understand that it'll be ridiculously expensive, but I'm happy to save up my pennies until I can afford it.

Only thing I can really say is it's a relatively expensive build that would take a while to get to that build.

 

You're only soft capped to smashing and lethal which are the most important but the healing abilities (and their increased availability) and increased regen and such probably offset that.

 

So yeah the biggest thing is probably the cost to put it all together.

 

I had done something similar with broadsword/regen back in the day.  It was a good time.

I feel like there's enough out there that bypasses "only smashing and lethal" to be a problem, but maybe that's just me.

 

Comparing the old build I cooked up for this combo to this, yeah you've got a lot more potential, but you miss out on stuff I like to have.

Keep in mind that Regen has nothing in the way of defense debuff resistance. So you might be better served to just go heavier recharge/Regen and try to get one of mog/shadow meld up for every mob. I'd also consider shockwave with the KB to kd io for some extra mitigation
