Support hybrid endurance discount?

Does anyone have the numbers for exactly how much of a discount either the final radial or core provide?  I'm not seeing anything in the tooltips.....

The planner shows it as 10%, which matches the passive effect for the others, too.  So, that is likely correct.

I'm not sure it's working properly. If it is, it's not showing up in combat attributes. I have Support Radial Embodiment on two characters. One one, with no other endurance discounts, the endurance discount field reads 0.01%. On the other, which also has Annihilation 6-slotted (providing a 3% endurance discount), the endurance discount field reads -2.90%.

 

EDIT: Just checked on the Bugs forum. The endurance discount is not working.
