Steel Canyon Building Fire Alarm Event Timer?

Hi Hive Mind - 

 

Has anyone ever published/tracked either the Troll Rave in Skyway City or the Hellion Firestarter event in Steel Canyon?  I was hoping to use one as a super-group origin story, but don't know if they're on a timer, or just happen at random intervals. Before I start camping out in the zone to see how often the announcements come up, I'm just curious if anyone's ever timed it out before. Thanks!

I believe they are approximately 1 hour apart.  End of one to the beginning of the next.

I'll try to keep an eye on my Events tab.

Sally is on a one hour timer after she gets "photographed" so I imagine those are as well.

I was just on and tried to pay attention.  When I logged on the fire alarm was clearing.  Exactly an hour later, the fire alarm was clearing again.  That suggests a one hour delay to me.
