00Troy00 Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 I got back, noticed that it said "done," and was excited to log on and join you all. I didn't have the "play," button showing active though, and then noticed that I got several messages saying files couldn't download (see the pic I uploaded below). How do I fix this? Troy
siolfir Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 (edited) While I can't really help with this specific issue, a lot of the times an antivirus program flags a false positive and quarantines a file - this might be the cause of your download error. In the FAQ there is this link to a guide you might have already used to get set up. If nothing in there helps, you can try making a thread in the Help & Support section, those will usually get a quick response - and searching through it, someone may have had the same problem you're having so you can look to see that the response is.
