Flashing Steel is there mainly for exemping down, and I'm not married to these power choices...I just wanna have tons of recharge and damage while keeping softcap. Also Shadow Meld and Elude are for Incarnate oh shiznit buttons, but again, I'm not against changing some powers around, though I'd like to keep SS at least. I tried to keep power order and slots to be useful when exemping and/or TFs.

You gave me some slotting ideas, but I forgot to mention my tohit base is set to 39 for +4 enemies, so I was chasing more accuracy bonuses. I didn't focus much on resists since most the things hitting me will be in Itrials, and there's almost always buffs galore.

I didn't include my Alpha slot because I wasn't too sure about it.

 

Also, you took my critical hit bonus from Scrapper's Strike....you insane bruh? lol

Change out the Damage/Recharge in Golden Dragonfly for the ATO Proc instead and switch out the Scaling Resist in Combat Jumping for Kismet's +Acc.  I think you'll find that you have plenty of Accuracy to hit things.

Did a lot of reslotting. Added some incarnates. Swapped a few power picks. SJ, Elude, and Kick for Assault, Summon Widow and Boxing. Mainly for damage bonus, recharge and accuracy. Your build looked like a glass-cannon. This build is even more so.

The pet power pick is really just a mule for the Soulbound IO set. It's built pretty hard for damage. Between the IOs, Assault and Hybrid, it has a passive +59% damage buff. Just to warn you, a lot of the IOs are boosted to +5.. Hasten, single target attacks, and Evasion.

If you want to do a bunch of damage while still being basically just as durable, I'd run something like this with musculature, ageless, degen, and assault. You'll have perma hasten and then some, optimal proc rates, 56% damage bonus at all times, and much more single target damage potential. 

 

I haven't played SR, so the slotting might be a little janky, but I've played kat/bio. I realize the slotting on GD and SC probably looks weird, but it's good. You'll ensure your crit proc goes off as much as possible while still being in a power useful for doing single target DPS, you'll apply -40% resist on most targets, and you'll make up for the lack of slotted recharge with force feedback going off.
