An Archery/TA I'm quite happy with so far...

I won't claim this is exactly splitting the atom here, but I made an Archery/ Tac Arrow Blaster that's shaping up to be quite good so far.  He's at 26, no really any Sets built out at all yet (just Common IOs at this point).  He'll be softcapped to Ranged and E/N when all is said and done, and got there without "distorting" the build (taking powers I didn't want, or slotting powers more than I wanted so that they got the needed set bonuses).


If anyone sees ways to tighten this up, I'm all ears!
