Ironscarlet Posted April 19, 2020 Share Posted April 19, 2020 (edited) When I play electric affintey for sheer convinance I heal off of target acquired. 80% off the time it's to the melee tanking. So some /EA u played with was dropping amp up in his or her rotation. The best thing I ve seen Amp Up do is give a creeper patch mass discharge and watch a fire controller use immobalise like bonfire they were flipping like crazy discharging off dots and there was no Bonfire.
