Grav/Dark Help

Okay...need help with a build!  I've heard Grav/ isn't the best Primary for Dominators, but it has the TK feel I want (Mind doesn't do it as well), so I'm just going to go with it.

 

Lift looks like it does awesome damage.  Propel's DPA looks to be close to Gloom.  Smite, Midnight Grasp for high damage, so using the snipe too, it looks like it's best to just go melee, plus the PBAOE.

 

So far, it feels like a Blaster in play, so I may be playing wrong (only level 32).  Looks like I should Smite as often as possible.
