Cant decide on a costume for my Elec/Elec Sentinel

Currently I have him named Voltgeist, and he is using the costume on the top left.  I am not sure that I like the name Voltgeist though..because people constantly ask me if I am ghost themed, or why I didnt name him Voltergeist.  (Its a play on the term Volksgeist.. a philosophical term for the spirit of the people, or the spirit of the nation). 

 

I am just not sure what I want to do with him..but he is really fun to play and I want to turn him into a character that I play often.  So I need to come up with a theme I like.  So here are my 4 possible costumes that im looking at right now.

 

Top left is Voltgeist, who will probably be renamed when I think of something better.

Top right is an as yet unnamed silver age type hero.  I like the look.. it might get some more editing before I go that route.  I think it needs to be a bit darker.

Bottom left is Battle Beetle.  A concept ive used on other characters that have since been retired, and so is ready to be "rebranded"

And the bottom right is Forgefather, my dwarven steampunk smith.  I am currently using a similar costume and the name on a Fire/Time controller.. so he would probably get renamed.

 

Anyway.. Ive edited all these costumes to fit the theme and colors im looking for.. but I just cant decide which route I want to go.

Anyone have any opinions, suggestions, thoughts or feelings on these?

What?  You cannot have them all and rotate through them?  95% of the players would probably be thrilled to come up with a costume as good as any one of these.

 

To pick, I suppose it would be how you'd want your character to be perceived as soon as folks saw him:

Beetle = tech,

dwarf = steampunk,

cloak = magic,

winged helmet = ? I dunno, techno-Asgardian, maybe?    

 

I get the confusion on the name "Voltsgeist".  Most people play on the shallow end of the philosophical pool, so a term like "volksgeist" tends to be obscure in the general English-speaking public.  Don't feel bad. I've had to can more "good" names than I can remember because I realize the other players wouldn't recognize the terminology I was punning.  It is a cool name when you explain it.

I really like 3 of the 4.  The 2nd one with the lightning chest symbol is just okay to me.  But the others are great.  I would happily play a character with any of them.

 

Voltgeist looks more damagey.  Battle Beetle looks for tanky.  The last guy is definitely steampunk.
