It's got some quirk/weird delays, but it's literally a dimension shift. 

Love it on my grav one of my fav powers!!

2. Can be used to take alpha  and /e laugh then instantly diactivated

3. Can and has saved teams from wipes from either over pulling or endless ambushs

4. Can be used to seperate big bosses from trash

5. Can be used to bypass, escape from, or simply used on self like a PFF
