Traversing in this environment is time consuming not to mention since it is too narrow there is not much enemies on hallways. Also it is especially hard on huge characters and extra difficult on non-flyers. (using combat jumping seems to reduce the issue somewhat) Now obviously I don't have perfect possible solution for this, since to make caves wider you have to redesign cave maps from scratch. Base editor could help with that probably.
