bustacap
It worked perfectly. Then today It will not run with a null reference exception. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, and repaired, multiple times and still receive this error. Normal Mids still works although hardly anyone uses it. I apologize if this the wrong venue for Mids. Lead Game Master GM Korvin Posted September 7, 2020 Lead Game Master Share Posted September 7, 2020 In future, here might be a good place to ask these kinds of questions. Additionally, assuming that you're running on Windows, perhaps you could try reinstalling the .NET 4.8 framework, which Mids relies on using this link? Interested in supporting Homecoming? tellania
I 'had' the exact same problem: Ok, using this page I downloaded 2.7.2.10 alt installer (zip) and its an older version. The alt zip archive no longer exists: https://github.com/Crytilis/mids-reborn-hero-designer/ (which seems to be a bad omen when the github repository is 404). Since mid's DID work, then didnt, I assumed some windows update screwed it up (as usual). 1. Uninstall mid's 2. Install mids (installer main), and run it. Instead of the appsdata directory, I installed it in a subdirectory of Documents. Ran mid's, successful! Hopefully, this will help others when this pops up
bustacap
I wanted to state this resolved the issue. Installing in NOT the default directory.
