Marauder From Mr. G's (Primal Earth) Missions

In one of Mr. G's (Primal Earth) missions called "Part Two: Good Television," you have to rob Brickstown Bank, defeat 20 PPD, and defeat a New Praetorian which is Marauder.  I have done this mission twice and did not get credit for him on the Dimensional Warder Badge. Why does he mot count and can you please make this Marauder count for the badge also?

He's sort of ... post-Praetorian at that point, though, so I can perhaps see why he doesn't count.
