How I made a Water/Water Blaster! (or How Martial Combat is Water Manipulation!)

What I REALLY want is a Blaster secondary with Staff Fighting powers so I can have Water/Trident, but this is working out well instead!

Water/Martial, and my head canon is basically Reaction Time is a bubbly aura, Throw Sand is sea spray, etc. Yay for being able to recolor powers!

I even renamed the powers for myself, as follows:

Ki Push >> Pressure Release
Storm Kick >> Storm Kick (lol)

Reach for the Limit >> Flash Flood

Burst of Speed >> Surf Rider

Dragon's Tail >> Tidal Wave

Reaction Time >> Flood Zone

Inner Will >> Wellspring

Throw Sand >> Sleeper Wave

Eagle's Claw >> Undertow (or Undertoe XD)
