Pain / Water Builds?

Does anyone have a pain water build? I'm not very good at these kinds of things and don't want to end up wasting influence. If it had a flying travel power like fly or mystic flight, that would be a bonus. Im also curious what incarnate powers defenders usually take.

There are several Pain/Sonic builds in a thread down this page which should give you a place to start with Pain powers.  I'd love to work up a build (or 5) but I've only got a phone for internet these days.  Likewise I'd hunt down a thread about defender water blast and use that as a basis for the blast side of the basis.  Even if none of the builds are actually Pain/Water they should give you a solid idea of which powers in each get slots and with what sets see use.
