Ouroborus Portal Temp Power

I don't think Ouroborus Portal should be consider a temp power, we get when we get the exploration badge.  Plus, when we don't want to use temp powers during a Ouro TF, we cannot use the portal to move from zone to zone.  Could you please take it out of the temp powers area and put it in the Accolade powers area?

Aye.  Ouroboros Portal is definitely the oddest one out for categorization.
