borgking001a Posted October 29, 2020 Share Posted October 29, 2020 I don't think Ouroborus Portal should be consider a temp power, we get when we get the exploration badge. Plus, when we don't want to use temp powers during a Ouro TF, we cannot use the portal to move from zone to zone.
