Blackfeather Posted November 3, 2020 Share Posted November 3, 2020 As mentioned here, Eagles Claw had an animation change when it became a cone attack, kicking up a cloud of dust in the process. Now that it's back to a single target attack, that dust cloud remains, but should also be reverted back to what it originally looked like (compare the default customisation to the colour tinted version).
