Help with a Drk/Rad build

So I've looked through the dozens of builds in this thread, and haven't come across a dark/rad. I was thinking with all the debuffs that it would be a decent pairing. Granted dark isn't huge in damage, but the -defense, -resistance from rad would compensate a little bit. Any thoughts or builds would be appreciated.

Old build purely for av/gm soloing it works very well gloom-moonbeam-lifedrain. Everything else was pretty much thrown in to bump ranged defence so i could just hover blast them to bits or for set bonses. Tiny bit of downtime on hasten because i run musculature. Pretty sure i posted it earlier in the forum. No nuke which hurts a lot because blackstar is the best nuke in game:

Capped ranged defence, 90% rech, end should be fine with Perma AM. Soul Drain near perma too.
