suggestion Please let us slot Wet Ice with defense sets

It's barely a buff, just a little QoL for the frosty bois. I could rant and rave about other stuff ice needs help on but this one seems very quick and easy, and would help a lot with slotting.

Think this was brought up recently in another topic and reply as to why it isn't seemed to be that devs thought it would be a trap since the value would be pretty small even ED capped.

I have no objection to it getting slotting options, but maybe it could use something else as well so it's less of a possible trap.

Ahh I shoulda searched first, my only excuse is 3am brain mushyness. I'll go check it out after I type this. I can understand the "trap" reasoning, but I can't say I agree with it. Even being able to throw a lotg or kismet in the slot would be huge imo. I'm also totally ok with bumping that wet ice def up to 2-5% so it's less of a trap, but I didn't want to ask for raw buffs.

Based on my understanding, it would be possible to have the Power accept Defense Sets -without- allowing regular Defense Enhancements to be slotted in.

I don't know if there's ever intentionally been a Power which allows Sets without allowing the respective regular Enhancements, but if any Power deserves that kind of special treatment, it's definitely Wet Ice.
