bug making this unplayable

I don't know if there is a bug reporting page. If so, please direct me.

 

I am recently back. Soooo very grateful. But my characters are strangers now! I had not expected that.

 

Anyway, one annoying thing is making it very difficult to play here. When I target mobs, no targeting reticle appears around them. The targeting window works fine, but I cannot see in the main window who I'm about to blast. this is the same for the three characters I've been able to import so far.

 

Is this a bug, or is there a setting somewhere that has been set to "no reticle" that I am unable to find?
