Spring Attack doesn't work with damage procs?

My dreams of a tele-nuking Elec/Shield stalker are already crumbling, and I'm only level 27.

I burned a second respec to take Spring Attack at 26, 6-slotted it with Force feedback and 5 Sirocco set enhancements, and cranked the the difficulty up to x8 to test it out.  The damage was... underwhelming to say the least.  So, I figured I'd forgo the set bonus and just load it with procs.

4 damage procs later, I ran another mission, and I never got a single damage proc to work.  Force Feedback proc'd every time I used it.  That was also the only part that showed up in the combat log.  Not even regular damage numbers showed in the combat log for Spring Attack.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?  Is it glitched?  Is this how all pseudo-pets behave with damage procs, or is it isolated to Spring Attack?  I tried googling it, but I couldn't find anything indicating that damage procs don't work with Spring Attack.

You didn't see damage numbers on the mobs, or in the chat? Spring Attack creates a pseudo-pet, so its damage should show in pet damage dealt, not in damage dealt.

However, because it creates a pseudo-pet, it's likely that it uses a 10 second recharge value to calculate the chance for a proc to activate, which means that it will not get much use out of damage procs. Force Feedback will activate on the summons of the pet, so it should have a 90% chance to activate.

I didn't see them on mobs or chat, but then, I didn't think to check pet damage dealt.  I'll run through again checking that window, but I don't think I'll be keeping it long term regardless.    I'm assuming Lightning Rod and Shield Charge work the same way then.  They're damage should still be fine without procs, but adding the Armageddon proc to Lightning Rod would have been a nice bonus.

Ok, Spring Attack is just broken, and not in a good way.  Not only has it never proc'd any damage (partially explained by it's pseudo-pet nature, though I still get occasional procs with Lightning Rod now that I have it), but damage enhancements have no effect on it. At level 32, I kept hitting the same groups  of clockwork (level 34s), and my fully slotted Spring Attack (FF +recharge and 5 Sirocco (no proc), hit for 37 damage every time.  I then unslotted it completely, and I continued to hit the same clockwork for 37 damage every time.  On the other hand, using Build Up right before Spring Attack still increases it's damage.  This can't be working as intended, can it?

Basically Spring Attack is just badly implemented all around.

Every aspect about it is utterly broken.

Procs don't work.
Damage doesn't enhance properly.
And for a pool power that requires 2 qualifying powers, its base damage, recharge, etc, is utterly trash.

If you want to be godlike, pick anything.

If you want to be GOD, pick a TANK!

Absolutely not. I can see the procs having a problem, though I think that should be fixed since it's not fair to have a tele-nuke work differently from a nuke that's supposed to do the same damage with the same Recharge... but the damage procs absolutely should be working. Post this in the Bug Forum.
