looking to make an alternative/ fun farmer that is good for solo farms and also following another farmer looking at making a dark melee/fire aura brute, any and all help is appreciated and yes i understand it won't be as fast as a spines or rad fire, but already have a rad fire want something different. want to try. i want to try and make it as efficient and good for solo fire farming

A week late, but how about this.  Bit more recharge, moved slots around, you had way to many in the armor toggles, missing the 1 of the 2 +3 Def IO, to many slots in the defense toggle.  Ditched the concealment pool, if you are using it for defense you can't AFK with burn if they are to far away.  To many slots in Health and Stamina with recovery, to much gas in the tank and a loud rice burner engine on an 18-wheeler pulling a trailer of bricks; you want to finish as quickly as possible.  Slotted Smite, nice fast recharge hitting for those bosses.  Slotted up Healing flames, you will rarely use it.  Slotted 2x Taunt sets in Consume and Dark consumption, +recharge and +fire defense bonus...plus you can alternate to recover endurance and once you get incarnate it barely drops anyway.   Removed one of the brute ATO set, no benefit like recharge since it was just +5 lethal for a +fire defense farm.  Popped a -resist in Lighting ball, increase damage on the next hit with what ever.  And the best was Tough of Fear, 6 slotted with procs; AoE is small but its extra AoE I realized at the last minute and it looks like it will hit hard but so many procs seperated by damage I can't see how much it may do.

And Assault/Tacits is debatable to switch out, I like to hit more often with +tohit while as nice as Assault is you can macro combine inspirations and eat reds quickly.

 

And +5 boos Hasten/Firey Embrace, pretty much goes from 2 recharge IO to 3.  You can +5 the defense toggles CJ, Weave, Manuvers but it would be tiny; but just in case mids is wrong and you need to get over that 45% cap by a smidge.

Also, I'd like to know if you want to do fire or s/l farming since DM/Fire is an awesome Brute and building for s/l farming will allow you to join any TF in game without major problem while building exclusively for fire farming will be painful if you want to do also other things besides farming.

i don't mind spending inf at all and pre just for fire farming have other toons to run through and play alot of the normal story

This is the one I'm using for fire farming, I've been meaning to review it trying to aqueeze some more recharge but it's fine with Ageless T3 on so I will probably rebuild him for general content and will replace him for a new farmer since this one has been long time already without getting emp merits when lvling, maybe Stone/Fire or EM/Fire, most likely both so I'll replace the psi/fire too. Hope you get some ideas from here
