So, I was trying to run a specific mission to get a certain badge ( "Eliminate Negotiator and Witnesses" in the Undesirable (Level 25-29) section) but when I access the Crystal my choices look like this:

 

Does anyone have any idea why my 25th lvl character can access lvl 24 and lower content, as well as lvl 50 content, but not lvl 25 content?  😕

It's Level 25-29. And some arcs show up in the Level 50 category even if they aren't Level 50 because any level can run them.

@Glacier Peak Okay, thanks.  To clarify, does that mean I'll need to be a minimum of lvl 29 before I can access the 25-29 material?

More likely level 30.

You can access the story content without Ouroborus if you're impatient, just go talk to the contact in person.
