Xenosone Posted February 14, 2021 Share Posted February 14, 2021 Brute usuing reconstruction with regen tissue 4 piece. The 4 piece of the set gives a 4% healing bonus. It is not applying to reconstruction at all. Yes i did make sure it was showing up in the attibutes tab. Anyone else not getting bonus healing applied to other powers? Super Homer Posted February 16, 2021 Share Posted February 16, 2021 Reconstruction has a +Toxic Res buff that can be enhanced. All powers that can be slotted for resistance ignore buffs and set bonuses because if they dont, Build Up and other damage buffs make the resistance stronger.
