The pvp in this game is bad. In fact its a travesty. You want pvp, you go play a game dedicated to it from the ground up not some tacked on stat check like this game. You want aa much tohit as you can get. Kismet, tactics. Thats your start value. The acc multiplier works off that. Same amount of acc is going be a larger hit chance with more tohit. Thats the simple explanation.

The people youd put sonic repulsion on rarely get into melee to use it. The people in melee will have several mobs on them draining you to nothing in no time since you cant redux the cost of a hit just of the toggle. The shield needs sleep protection. The defense bubbles have defense to help you not get hit by a stray sleep. Sonic doesnt have that luxury. I have zero idea what the tier 9 is it does so little The tier one needs to be an aoe like poisons main debuffs.
