How much dmg to slot??

Hi folks

 

I'm leveling up an Energy/Devices blaster and was wondering how much to slot for dmg, 3 or 4? Since I have Targeting Drone I figured I could free up some slots for something else besides accuracy, any recommendations?

With ED effects, you won't get much mileage beyond 3 SO damage enhancements (or 2 Lv50 IOs).  Past 3 you get so little more that you're better off slotting for something else like endurance, range, or using that extra space for a Force Feedback proc for Energy specifically.

If you're just using common IOs, switching from three 50 IOs to two 50+5 IOs drops you about 3% in overall damage boost, and you're still over 90%.
