Cloud Senses IO

Is there a way to change one of the pieces in Cloud Senses? It's weird to have a power that you slot into smoke grenades or flash arrows that does Negative Energy Damage. Or is there an equally good set that doesn't do damage?

Outside of those two powers people like the damage proc so no vote from me on changing it. You can either give it 5 or less Cloud Senses or look at Siphon Insight, Dark Watcher’s Despair, Dampened Spirits, Deflated Ego, Discouraging Words, Enzymes/Lysosomes, or Generic IO’s. Lots of options.

Thank you, @Arcane. I didn't know there were that many options (hence why I asked). I'm off to look them up.

Note: Any Proc that will fit in a -perception power will turn the power into an agro generating power, so you won't be able to use it with impunity as before. Take that into caution when slotting procs in those powers. That said, it can be pretty effective to proc them out. This was by design of the original development team as they never wanted to have a power that could cause damage that didn't generate any threat.
