Tips on a Fire/regen scrapper??

Hey everyone!

Fire melee/regen was one of my favorite scrappers back in 2012. Looking for input on slotting abilities and IO sets to chase.

If you were successful and enjoyed it (and you said you did) then I would suggest using IOs to plug any holes (Overwhelming Force KD in AoE or oft used powers) or augment what you need (recharge) or are good at (healing, damage)

I'd go with Superior Avalanche in FSC, but that's because I feel it might have better set bonuses to go with Regen.  Slow Resist for example.  It's Proc also does KD.  If one skips an IO (5 slot) I'd skip the ACC/DAM.
