I noticed that Conductive Aura, in the Electric Control powerset for Dominators, takes Accuracy and Heal enhancements, but not Accurate Healing sets:

With the Endurance Modification sets having been expanded to include sets with Accuracy (and sets with Damage), you can increase the accuracy of the power slotting Endurance Mod sets, but not Accurate Healing sets. This feels a bit like the regeneration aspect of the power is getting a bit of a short shrift in comparison -- and allowing Accurate Healing sets isn't going to swing the power into being something out of control.

Agree with fixing if appropriate but sometimes I'm suspicious of the things that take Accuracy enhancements... it seems like a number of auto-hit powers take them. It's hard to tell what's auto-hit as a result.

 

Taunt and Flash Arrow are two examples. Someone recently said Weaken is auto-hit, but I think that's incorrect?

Taunt is autohit in PvE; it takes Accuracy because it's not autohit in PvP. I believe Flash Arrow is the same.

Yeah, and it's a really crappy experience for anyone not in the know. But I think Arcane's point was just "is the acc actually needed?"

 

It looks like conductive aura DOES need accuracy, but I don't remember - does the regeneration scale based on enemies hit? Or is it just an always-on effect?

 

Because if it requires an acc check to even gain the regeneration, then I would consider graduating this oversight to "bug."
