Spoiler If you decide to kill Rider in the final mission, you apparenly throw him out the window to Lusca who waits below. The police try to intervene but it's just too late.... Made me smile. Paragon City has the worst politicians. Spanky Rabinowitz, Robert Alderman, the guys in this story, and the nefarious Councilman Birch.
