Base Editing - Disable Click to Teleport Option

Something about editing outside the confines of the base geometry causes the click to teleport function to go crazy, which makes base editing much more annoying. An option to disable that feature would be handy.

Or, if not disable, some way to rebind it.   I certainly -like- the feature . . . I just wish I didn't trigger it accidentally so often.
