Currently running this build.

Bots giving 14% to Defenses so things like Energy and negative capped as well. Range is in the 50s.

Endurance is pretty much covered without Incarnates but you can't go full tilt on the powers. You do need to eat blue inspirations if you are constantly firing off powers.

What I do notice is aggro issues on the pets..

I am considering adding provoke to pull some of the aggro.

But was also considering Aid other and Aid Self for some extra healing on the bots and even myself.  But I can't have both Aid and Provoke due to power pool limitation.

I would remove Ice arrow and Poison Gas Arrow. Was even considering removing Disruption arrow for Field Medic as that also gives and endurance buff.

Notice Assault bot keeps getting killed which means he is pulling aggro.
I also notice my 3 attacks are KILLING my endurance..  This overall just sucks.. Because it starts to put you in realization again that Masterminds just can't use their attacks freely like everyone else can..  It gets to the point why have them. surely not all 3..

I took out Ice arrow and went with provoke.. But Assault Bot still getting killed.

Gonna work with positioning a bit.. doing S/L farm on 8/3 ATM to work out the flying kinks..

Just feeling a lot of bot death compared to robot traps which is less

Here are some thoughts -

1. You might be better off combining -damage/hit powers and holds/immobilize to keep things at range and reduce the damage your robots take. Like Entangling, Flash, and Poison Gas, and EMP arrows. You might fare better if you didn't focus on your own personal attacks and instead slotted those powers to be stronger. I do see multiple ways to help your pets out if you moved some slots around.

2. I would definitely keep Oil Slick arrow too.

3. The big issue I see is that you have no way to heal your pets, aside from the repair bots. Your pets are going to take hits, no way around that. And even if you reduce it as much as possible, they are still going to get dents. You have options to take Repair, or Medicine Pool.

4. You might also have better luck if you had a different epic pool. Fire has bonfire which is a good dot/CC (fantastic for proc slotting), Mace has Web Grenade too.

5. The BIGGEST hole I see is you have next to none of the Pet Aura IOs. You only have the one from your AT, but you can slot the Recharge pet ones as well.

6. You can put a damage proc in your pets, and they can proc it with their attacks. It is a noticeable bump in damage.

7. You are missing quite a few of the important IOs yourself - Reactive Defenses Scaling Resist, Shield Wall 3% Defense. Remember the more you are hit, the more damage your pets take through bodyguard. So shoring up your own defenses as well indirectly helps your pets too. Also, you can put +defense on your protector bots do make their buffs even stronger.

8. Lastly, if you are playing the "outshoot them" angle, you might do much better if you slot some +range IOs into your arrow powers too. The more space between you and them, the better. You could do something like - First hit them with a hold/immobilize, then a Slow, then while your bots are engaging, hit them with that  -hit power to soften up any return blows. By this point you might need to help your bots repair the big bot, then rinse repeat as necessary.

Far as playstyle goes, I would say it looks like you would use knockbacks, holds, -damage and -hit, more than damage powers.

Hope this helps!

I've gone through different variants with the flying fortress build.

The biggest issue I found was I ending up in a zone/mode in which I was just trying to heal the bots to keep them alive.. It really became unmanageable.  I was like WTF am I doing ? Is this City of Heroes or City of Healers..

In some maps Group fly was useless as you can imagine. Cave missions were a determent. Pets literally got stick in ceiling areas.

I was looking at the numbers for the pets but even with all the IO bonuses you were not capping out or even close to half.  This is definitely a Force Field or AOE healing type of build. Not so much a trick arrow build, At least not for me.

I even tried the city SL farm on robots. due to the wires and light poles I had to move the mobs in between the buildings.. That seemed to work a bit better.  I think having to deal with the Z axis needs a bit of skill and training.
