How the Top 100 Supergroup's List is populated on Homecoming (Super Group Registrar)

Hello!

 

I'm curious how the Top 100 Supergroup's list is generated at the Super group registrar. I understand it used to be based on Prestige back in the Live days, however since that's no longer a thing on HC. I'm wondering how the list is populated. 

 

Could it be based on member count? Or is it what I fear it is and its done by date of creation? Meaning only the first 100 supergroup's registered would ever make it to the list.

The computer works out which supergroup has the best name and ranks them in that order.

I thought the server ranked them in order of coolness using internal thermocouples.
