Possibly, but we're also hitting a time when it's possible for a character to say, "Mom, what did you do in the war?", so doing them without having done the ITrials isn't entirely odd. He hangs out on the back wall by the SG porter. He's a contact that unlocks when you unlock your alpha slot. Cool story arc in which you help some folks in Praetoria.
