Sh4rpie Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 I think I am getting this error because the servers are maxed out right now, however, I got disconnected from the map server in Kings Row and now my hero is listed in an Unknown Location not giving me the ability to load Kings Row/ Paragon City. SaltyGrease Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 From what i noticed, atlas park had 3 instances running that were so full that it opened up a atlas park 4 and 5, however i think once those closed back down due to player pop falling below a certain threshold, but it seems to have locked my character in that instance (which doesnt exist anymore), will probably fix itself with time, just wait Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tommety87 Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 I got disconnected in Steel Canyon on Excelsior, also have my character in the 'Unknown' location in the Character Select screen -> instant 'Cannot find map!' message when trying to zone in. Was in a mission, finished it, could not connect to map either with exit button or door.Logged to character select and now character is on Unknown map and can't log in.
