No vine counter on villain respec

Hello-

This happens almost every time.

 

Doesn't matter if it is the actual villain respec or the Ms. Liberty TF.

 

I do not get a vine counter so I have to take a guess (or ask the team to tell me) when to attack the AV.

 

Doesn't seem to matter if I actually travel all the way to the vine room, or if someone teleports me.

 

Does anyone know of a fix?

Interesting because ive seen people say they have no vine counter but ive never not had the vine counter.  I dont know if its an ingame setting or computer spec or something else entirely,  but there is something that either fixes or breaks it.

[Apparition]

I get the vine counter sometimes, other times I don’t.  There seems to be no rhyme nor reason to it.
