Mr. X cares not for his injured comrades.

In Roy Cooling's mission to Find Lawrence Hawkins, you have five minutes to rescue twelve Injured Rouge PPD members before the building burns down to get the No One Left Behind badge.  You also have to rescue Lawrence from Mr. X at the end of it.  It's entirely possible to Mr. X and his group to aggro any injured PPD who might be nearby and they can kill them before you have a chance to rescue them, preventing you from getting the badge in an already annoying and very strict timed mission sequence.

I did this mission three times before I got the badge, but it's certainly doable. I haven't experienced that during the runs I did, it was mostly related to not finding them all in time.

How did you do that? If I am not mistaken the injured were not an escort. ie.  white/blue instead of green. Critters won't attack them.

I couldn't tell you how it happened, all I know is that Mr. X started attacking a nearby Injured PPD when he got close to them before I aggroed.  They're still targetable so there might be an issue with hostility flags in the mission.
