Shield/Elec Tanker

Looking for an all around build for most of content, price is not a problem.  Here is what I came up with, but know it can be better, any changes are fine.

Mine is SD/WM and my focus was to maximize positional defenses, first, then add as much resistance, as I could.  This is the layout and the numbers are without ATOs, procs or Incarnates.  With those added, he's pretty much unkillable.  Most impressive, to me, is Shield gets it done with three yellow/"inexpensive" sets:  2 x Multi-Strike and one set of Crushing Impact.

Good looking build, I'll have to see if I can modify it for my Shield Tanks. I also like the use of Perfect Zingers in your first attack.

 

To the OP, the best part of Shield/Elect is getting the two teleport attacks. Nothing like knocking them down then zapping them, or... was that zapping them, then knocking them down... Have SD/Elect is a fun pairing.

Thank you, Sir!  Often overlooked, as a taunt set, the PZ-6/6 bonuses are quite nice (not to mention the chance for psi damage on a T1 attack, and it's not unique, so you can still use the proc solo on Taunt):

I will say, Lightning Rod and Shield charge combo'd are what really make this build fun for me.

Sure, there might be more optimal powerset combos, but this gets the job done and really makes you FEEL powerful. Some of the most "fun per click" I've had in the game has been with my Shield/Elec Tanker, Aegis Storm 😛 was my first 50 when I started on Homecoming, and I still come back to him to this date.
