I don't even know where you get your numbers (no intention of rudeness, I seriously don't have a clue), and this is the best I can offer: Program Version: 1.96 Game Issue:23 Database Version: 23.0 15/Jul/2012. I'll be honest, it took me a few tries to download it at all on this newer computer and I had a bunch of errors when I first downloaded it. I was able to open up a few of the designs that some people made, but not all of them. Any help would be appreciated! (Edit, spelling, blah.)
