I'm pretty interested on a Plant/Marine coralax-style build, but I'm pretty confused with all the changes the various latest Issues might have affected something like this, specially the lastest one days ago. Just not sure about controller or dominator! Could anyone here help me by handing any up-to-date advice and/or an optimized build? Thanks a lot!

I would need to test how the stun/fear power plays with damage procs though. Making use of Vigor Core to shore up accuracy and endurance reduction in the build and will need ageless core once you hit 50. This is a end game build, I wouldn't slot this whilst levelling unless you are happy to use the recovery serum from P2W vendor and use blue insps liberally. Thank you for the brute build. I will probably have to change something to get Total Focus, since Energy Transfer will be stuck in its slow animation cycle without it. I assume Power Crash would be the one to dump - or would Whirling Hands be better? Infiltration's slots could go into Precognition for no end cost but then I'd lose out on one LOTG. Hmm... Could take the movement slot from Combat Jumping and maybe give Tough more end cost reduction. 1 Flint Eastwood

Barrage/Bonesmasher recharge fast & have pretty quick animations. Those will be your Meat & Potato chain to be honest. But you can go about however you want. You asked me for my thoughts on it. I think different then you obviously. But hopefully you can use it as a template. Honestly the focus mode I found never really felt all that good to me, sure if you wanna build around it. I would suggest since you can have two builds on one toon. Build one with TF and one with my build. See how they feel to you and pick & tweak how you think would best suit you. With most control powers, there is an inherent attack of some form (Illusion Control gets Spectral Wounds for Controllers, Gravity gets Lift and Propel), but I can't seem to see any true attacks with Pyrotechnic Control. So I'm wondering if you could make a ranged "perma-Dom" build for a Pyrotechnic/Psionic Assault for a Dominator. I'm not worried about what the Ancillary/Epic Power Pool is, or even if there is one (although I would want it if it proved useful - I often build at least some form of "armor" - Toughness, Invulnerability, etc.) with the Ancillary/Epic pools. But I am kind of picky. Beyond the build being slotted for "perma-Dom," I usually end up taking "junk powers" that I don't use (like Stealth, Grant Invisibility, and Evasive Maneuvers) just to slot in 5 Luck of the Gamblers +7.5% recharge speed (more than five, and the bonus doesn't count, but other sets that give a +7.5% will stack as long as there are no more than 5 of them, as well). Then I use other sets that have built in bonuses to recharge so that as my Domination is about to collapse, I click the Domination button again as it has finished recharging and since while Domination ends is active, the Domination bar is full. As far as types of enhancements, I don't use Hamidon Origin, purple sets - they're too expensive and can't really be used until end of game. Nor do I use PVP sets. I do use Archetype Enhancement set/s (sometimes I'll Frankenslot a proc from one onto where I've put 5 of the other). I know this is being incredibly picky, and I appreciate you just looking at this post. I've looked at your builds, and they're solid. I do builds myself. So maybe as a bribe I can offer you some builds I did for Dominators with Perma-Dom and Controllers with "perma" Phantom Army that can show my playstyle and slotting style? Pyrotechnic Control, at least in the creator, looks absolutely beautiful, and I'm excited to see the builds you've done with it. I'll keep looking back on this thread to try to understand the powerset as it gets more use. Like I said, it doesn't seem to work like most control sets do - whereas most have some kind of "attack" (and usually available at level one), Pyrotechnic Control seems to be *absolutely* built around control only with so many immobilize and debuff powers. And "blast off" has me going "what do they mean? Are enemies just being tossed into the air willy nilly? With no control on them after the fact?"
