Hi guys, I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm wondering, does incarnate recharge bonus(like agility) not also speed up domination recharge.

 

Total noob here and I took agility in the hopes of pushes me comfortably into permadom. But it doesn't seem to, although mids says it does.

As you can't slot Domination for anything, it's unaffected by Agility's +recharge as that isn't global. It is, however, affected by global recharge like hasten and LotG +recharge IOs. Mids... has some recharge inaccuracies.

It's not a noob question. Bill is right, the Alpha slot works like a free enhancement slot. However it only buffs enhanceable powers.

 

If you need Recharge from an incarnate power, you can use Ageless Destiny. It provides a global Recharge bonus, which works more like Speed Boost/Hasten/etc and does cause Domination to recharge faster.
