Balance the Sentinel Epics (among others)

Many of the Ancillary sets seem to be out of balance with one another, on multiple ATs, but I'm singling out the Sentinel epics right now.

 

These sets vary so wildly in output. There are a couple, Electricity and Psionic, that stand out well above the rest.

 

It would be great if I didn't feel like those two were my only options on this AT.

 

 

And oh what I wouldn't do for a Power Mastery set for Sentinels with Bone Smasher or some Energy Melee attack. Please and thank you!

I feel like Sentinels are so out of whack that balancing APPs before actually fixing the AT as a whole and really understanding what they're going to be about, is probably a bit of an unnecessary side-track.
