Atomic Manipulation's Beta Decay Breaking Concealment

In Issue 27: Page 1, most all of the blaster secondary auras that broke concealment were changed to no longer do so (while no longer dealing damage/debuff until out of concealment)—it would seem that Atomic Manipulation's Beta Decay was missed. 

 

To be fair, not sure if this is a bug necessarily but would be a good standard across all of the blaster secondary toggles of this nature.

To clarify, the change only applies if you are running a dedicated concealment power so things like Super Speed and +stealth IOs won't have this effect. Don't know if that helps or not.

Yeah, Beta Decay will aggro regardless of using SS + Stealth.

 

Also, for the record, went and stood next to mobs on my fire/fire with just SS + Stealth IO and Cauterizing Aura didn't deal damage until I detoggled the power with the IO in it.

Possibly related to the other bugs with that power as other versions of Beta Decay were changed to no longer root upon activation as there is no damage component however the Blaster version in Atomic Manipulation still does. Made a post about it last April but as of yet it's still bugged.

Still not working on Live and not working on current page 4 test patch.
