What would be a good pairing for a Naruto based character?

I have a couple of ideas, I was thinking of Kinetic Melee maybe mixed with Ninjitsu.  Will it be an end hog like my Dark/Dark Brute??--Fearsome Justice.  I have alot of alts.  Altitis is my thing.  I have maybe 6 lvl 50s, only 1 incarnate that is IO'd out.

Kin/Nin should be a lot of fun.

 

/Nin gets a +endurance click in Kyoyo at 16, and a self heal in Kuji-In at 20, so that's covered.

 

KM isn't a top tier damage set, but that hardly matters in the modern game.  I'd say go for it.

I used to talk REAL bad about Ninjitsu because I never looked at it on scrappers, but it's actually pretty legit on scrappers. It's a good set, and like @InvaderStych said, it has a self heal and a surprisingly fast-animation endurance power. My advice is the same as @ninja surprise's. 😄
