TW / BIO Build Need Help

Ok, this is my first IO build so I have no idea what I'm doing tbh. I studied 2-3 other TW/BIO builds (for 6 hours 😬) and kind of combined what I thought made sense from each one, and I 100% know that mine isn't as optimal as theirs; I'm trying to build an Optimal build for my playstyle.

 

First off, I don't want to lose any TW attacks and I want Teleport. I honestly don't want any Epic pools other than Body Mastery (because I don't want more attacks), I just want to focus on TW attacks for fun. I even took Vorpal Judgement because it fits my playstyle better than the superior choice, Ion. I hope that gives you a perspective. Additionally, right now, (non-IO'd) I have more Endurance than I know what to do with. I like that I don't have to baby sit the End Bar but it would be even better if it was as close to optimal as possible; if not, I'd prioritize not baby sitting the end bar over having more damage and having to watch the End Bar...

 

I'm current 50+3 and close to capping Alpha and I just learned how End Game Enhancements work so I'm excited to go down that journey.

 

So on the Blue Boxes, I think I'm good, I don't want to change any of that (unless it's changing the enhancements for something better that will result in better direct damage).

Can tell you right now, you'd be better off with Performance Shifter +END Proc, in place of one of the END MOD IOs, in Stamina.  I'd then likely replace the other two with Power Transfer (I believe is the name) with END MOD IO and the +HEAL Proc...because it also gives +6% Regen (END MOD + END Proc in Performance Shifter gives +RUN/JUMP/FLY SPD)

Scrapper - Teleport - TW - Bio.mxd

 

This one should be really survivable

 

Don't really think you need to use defensive sweep since in a usual rotation arc of destruction will be up already; and you can get defenses high enough.

 

I have a variation that gets 45% energy defense also, but you wanted teleport, so the best set for energy defense is not available for it.

I took out Teleport and now I see why nobody has travel powers in their build... I also see your logic on the Defensive sweep, especially now that the powers recharge so fast. 
 - Can you please look at this one?

 - Also I'm interested in seeing your +45% energy build too.
 - Also should I just take out Defensive Sweep and get the cookie cutter Moonbeam/Shadow Meld/_____ or what?

I don't know for certain but I feel like yours might be End heavy? idk though and idk how the 220% Regen vs the 369% Regen plays out:

Mine edges a little bit here but I don't know how relevant that is in the grand scheme of things:

It looks like yours is superior in every way so can you please help me optimize this or yours by removing Teleport and Defensive Sweep and adding whatever needed to replace it?

You might have Parasitic aura turned on and that much haste seems like you have either ageless turned on or two force feedback procs set on Mids, which, it doesn't stack from what I recall and just refreshes the duration

Scrapper - AllDef - TravelSS - End - TW - Bio.mxd

 

Here she ish.

 

I only do Arc - Whirling - Follow Through - Rend - Whirling - repeat for AoE; with bosses being targetted, 

 

Arc - Follow - Crush - Rend - Follow for single target. Moonbeam comes in between the momentum

 

I made this with more endurance recovery, but they can all be siphoned off to get more recharge in Ablative and Parasitic.
