Glowing Energy Head

How do I give a character the glowing energy in place of head just like in the picture?

Headless Head, Fire Aura on the head I believe.

Also, you normally can't select auras labelled as Eye or Head (I used the Firey Hair here) when using the Headless head, but you can trick the creator by using a regular head option, setting the aura you want, then changing to Headless. The only downside is that it'll revert the next time you open the costume creator.
