Huh, that's weird.  When I worked at a convenience store in the 90s, some kid would curse a blue streak at me because he'd try to buy cigarettes without ID.  Repeatedly.  Isn't that weird?

I generally despise RNG mechanics and will unreasonably attribute basically absolutely anything undesirable to cheating shittery.
